You may remember my blog post from a few weeks ago when I was invited along to Triumph’s press launch of their new innovative non-wired bra: Magic Wire. Well it’s been a little while now and I’ve been wearing this baby in order to test it out for you guys, and I feel like I’m finally ready to give my two cents. I have given myself a little longer than usual to form my opinion on a bra, as it’s something a little different than anything I’ve ever worn before. I have to admit, as a wired bra enthusiast I was a little skeptical how effectively a bra with no wire could support me just as well as one of the traditional wired bras I already own. First of all, I’ll start with how the bra looks. I’ll put it into context for you. In the non-wired bra world, you’ll see a wealth of frumpy, unattractive bras which you could never ever imagine someone in their twenties would ever even consider being seen dead in, so the fact that Triumph have come up with something in this category that I can quite happily put on is quite a feat in itself. The set I tried was ‘Contouring Sensation’ in black, which had lovely nude details in the lace underlining, straps and cute little bow at the front.
